Phone Inquiries:  +381-11-706-4000, 9 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  If we are helping other customers, please leave a message and we will return your call.
 
For visa inquiries, including U.S. citizens with a visa question, please visit the Visa Unit information page.  Our citizen services staff cannot answer visa questions.
 
The U.S. Embassy in Belgrade is located at Bulevar Kneza Aleksandra Karadordevica 92 and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, Monday through Friday.  Services are offered by appointment only.  The embassy is closed on U.S. and Serbia holidays [insert holiday link].
