The American Embassy in Belgrade intends to award a fixed-price contract for cell phone and Blackberry services. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please download the below invitation letter and solicitation document(s) and follow the enclosed instructions. The pre-proposal conference will take place at 10:00 on July 19, 2012 at Kneza Milosa 50 in Belgrade. If you wish to participate, please download the Site Visit Application Form and follow the instructions.
